Privacy policy

We collect the smallest amount of information needed to sell you a file and support you afterwards.

What we collect. Your name, email address and phone number when you place an order. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay Software Private Limited — your card, UPI or bank details are never stored by us or passed through our website.

Why we collect it. To deliver your download link, to reply to support requests, and to send you an occasional email about new packs. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.

Who else sees it. Razorpay processes payments. Our email service delivers the download link. Meta and Google may set cookies through their advertising and analytics tools if those tools are active on this site. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require. You may ask us to delete your contact details by writing to ebookbysagar@gmail.com.

Children. This site is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect any information about a child.

By buying from this website you agree to the points below.

What you buy is a digital PDF file. Nothing is shipped physically.
You may print the file as many times as you like for your own children, or for a single classroom that you teach.
You may not resell, re-upload, share publicly, or include the file or any page from it in another product, whether free or paid.
Every illustration and worksheet in the file is our original work and remains our property. Buying it gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
The pack is educational material. It is not a substitute for school, therapy or professional advice about a child's development.
Adults should do all cutting on the flashcard pages. Keep scissors away from young children.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the courts of YOUR CITY.

Refund & cancellation policy

This is a digital product that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once downloaded. For that reason we do not offer refunds after the download link has been opened.

We will refund you in full if:

your payment went through but you never received the download link, and we cannot fix it;
the file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy;
you were charged twice for the same order.

To raise a refund request, email ebookbysagar@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment, because delivery is instant. Please look through the sample pages on the home page before you buy.

Delivery policy

Nothing is posted to you. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the download page opens automatically and the same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.

If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam and promotions folders. If it is still missing, write to ebookbysagar@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will send the file to you directly.

The file is a PDF sized for A4 paper. You can open it on any phone, tablet or computer, and print it at home or at a print shop.
